First time using this establishment and probably will be the last, the people there are amazing. I paid for the car wash and insides to be cleaned and when they finished the car I inspected it and noticed that there was stil dust on the dashboard and crumbs in the back seat, the gentleman there took the car back and took care of it for me, but when I arrived home I looked at the car and noticed that there was still alot of brake dust on the wheels and tires barley had tire dressing on them so I had to clean the wheels myself and put tire dressing on.
I visited for the first time to get my wife’s Rover cleaned. I was very impressed with the facility and especially the escalating floor. They have fair prices for a full wash and interior clean. Their process was efficient and I appreciate the use of air to assist removing excess water, minimizing the contact of the vehicle exterior parts. I visited on a Saturday and had to wait almost hour, which is understandable. I sat in their nice wait area and was able to watch several vehicles go through the process. Three separate teams are working on each vehicle as it moves along the floating floor. After watching more closely that’s where I noticed a major flaw in their process. Bottom line, no towel management is used. As a certified Master Detailer, it’s crucial to use specific towels on different surfaces, like paint, glass, interiors, door jams, hood, rear hatches and wheels. It’s easily done by choosing different colors for each surface. Example, green for exterior paint, blue for glass, yellow for interiors, black for wheels, gray for coatings like ceramic, and finally orange for door jams, under hoods and rear hatches. I watched each team use different colors over glass, paint and doors jams. I saw one team member using two colors on all surfaces. At no time did any of them fold the towels in quarter and fold the to a new side when moving to a vehicle. Each towel if folded properly can have a total of eight sides. Everyone’s paint is different and I find it a cardinal sin to use the same towel on multiple vehicles without folding to a clean side. To ownership and management. This needs to be addressed immediately. All team members need to be educated and trained using a system. Supervisors must ensure the process is followed. I know this review was lengthy and hopefully everyone has learned a little bit about a proper detail.
For the money this is an incredible car wash. $45 gets you interior vacuum and wipe down and an impressive exterior wash. I'm absolutely horrible about getting my car cleaned but had time to kill while in Huntsville and found this place on University. There was years of grime and dirt on the outside and inside of my car so I spent over an hour here but completely worth the drive from Birmingham. They have my car looking pretty good again.
There set up is Great, well organized employees work together as a team to hand wash and dry they have a great system. Prices are reasonable comfortable waiting area , coffee bar, and a nice kids area
This car wash is fantastic! No appointment needed—just drive up, and the staff takes care of everything. I went for the full service (interior and exterior), and my car came out spotless. The waiting area is clean and spacious, and the staff uses air guns to ensure a perfect dry. Highly recommend!
