Nathan was excellent. He was very professional and a down-to-earth guy. I had a sunbaked vehicle with a stained windshield that I tried everything under the sun to fix. He made the windshield look better than it ever has and the rest of the outside and inside. Much more was delivered than I had expected. I had compliments on it before I had said anything about detailing so the quality showed immediately. l will definitely use his services in the future.
I hired the owner Nathan to wash my RV. When I mentioned I was possibly going to have it Ceramic Coated by Bob Moses Ceramic Coating Nathan told me if I used them he would not wash my RV in the future. His temper got the best of him when I asked him what me having someone else do the ceramic coating had to do with him washing my RV. He lost his temper and acted in a threatening manner toward me because he wanted to ceramic coat my RV. He stormed off the job after washing 50% of my RV. Although his work was adequate his customer service skills deserve a bug fat zero! No way would I do business with him again. Instead, I would highly recommend Bob Moses Ceramic Coating in Lake Havasu City who gives a written warranty and excellent customer service. I trust Bob Moses for my ceramic coating needs as I have used them previously. As mentioned in a previous review Nathan has a bad temper which I found to be quite bizarre.
I recently had Lake Havasu Mobil Detail, managed by owner Nathan who WORKS HARD. I appreciated his candid advice on questions about my Motorhome detailing. We also discussed my boat and how he can carefully detail my 2008 Conquest. I will use Nathan’s service exclusively in the future.
Dirty Details is amazing from start to finish. He was on time, and my car hadn't been washed in months, when it was finished she looked brand new again! And best of all is it's done right at your home!!! One hundred percent recommend this company!!!😊
Nate and his team washed and waxed our 24 year old 40’ motor coach which was chalky white dirty and dry. I am quite happy with it now and will recommend these guys, as well as use them again. I had planed fo do this work myself, however the reality is it needed done fast, and professional level attention beyond my skill set and energy level. He arrived on Time, worked quickly and produced good quality at the end of the day. Thanks again Nate and Team good job!
