Can’t say enough about the quality customer service I received, and the exceptional workmanship Zaia did installing Paint Protection Film (PPF) on my custom Harley trike. From the first phone call to schedule a quote to the delivery, they exceeded my expectations. Zaia took the time to provide a very detailed explanation of the process from beginning to end, ensuring all my questions were answered. He fully covered the warranty, the curing do’s and don’ts, the follow-up inspection and how to best maintain the life of the PPF. I went to three different PPF installers that received 4+ star reviews. While they all used a different brand of PPF, the quality of the film they used was similar. Thickness, durability, fade/yellowing resistant and warranty. Having not had this type of work done on any previous vehicles, there was a little initial sticker shock when I was given the first quote. However, it was refreshing their quotes were all very close to each other. 48 Detailing’s excellent customer service was my deciding factor. Thank you, 48 Detailing, sure appreciate your help with protecting my custom trike’s paint.
It was a great experience from start to finish. Nora was amazing, keeping me updated with appt time and pricing. The tint came out exactly how I envisioned. Definitely recommend 48 Detailing for tints or detailing needs.
I hate that it has come down to this but I feel like it’s time I speak on my experience with 48 Detailing. I firstly want to say the people and customer service was good and they mean well but when it comes to their work, they do not care as much. They like to say every car matters but this is not even remotely true. They really only give a shit about the corvettes and that is it. I sent my car in to get a 2-step paint correction and to get a ceramic coating back in October and it has been a disaster ever since. When I first got it back it looked great and we did I walk around the car in their shop but with the lights having issues per Nora, you could not see everything. When I brought it home is when I really got a chance to look at it. Multiple spots had high spots from improper ceramic coating. At first, they did take care of them and did own their mistakes but now after 2 months, I am STILL getting high spots after washing. They refuse to fix any of the high spots I find now and they love to claim they cannot appear after the coating has dried but that is again, not true. When you wash a car, shitty coatings will show high spots because of the soap but they will still blame me LOL. It’s insane how months after I’m still dealing with this. (Pictures Below) Also they very clearly burned my paint off on my hood. They had no proof that it was there before and I talked with the owner about it but at the end of the day, they blamed me for their mistake as it was 2 months after. This company is nowhere near 5 stars. The fact that I can still find high spots is insane. They mean well but when u call them out on their work or point out spots, they like to point the finger and blame you. Would not recommend this place.
48 detailing did an amazing job on the vette. Would definitely recommend them . They paint corrected and ceramic coated it so well that it looks brand new. Also might just have to bring in my harley to get ceramic coated next.
I had a great experience here! The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and the detailer did an incredible job on both the inside and outside of my car. They even cleaned my seat covers and shampooed my seats! I just wish I took a before photo to show the transformation because it looks brand new now. You can tell they were careful and thorough and they even nicely put away the items I had in my trunk, which was a nice touch. It really shows how much they care about their work. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out, and I also appreciate that they offer a military discount. I highly recommend this place if you want your car to look brand new!
