These guys are amazing! They wrapped my Cybertruck and did amazing job, excellent knowledge on PPF. I would not waste my time on vinyl. I waited a few weeks before posting my review as I wanted to see how it looked after a couple of months and over winter. Excellent job guys!

If you’re looking for a high quality PPF installer/service in NW Arkansas, Jayden at HWD is your guy. He and his team have done an absolute exquisite job on my Tesla (whole vehicle PPF.) Very knowledgeable owner with a ton of experience. He doesn’t delegate to others who may clock in/out. He gets the project done himself along with his brother. My car was serviced flawlessly in a week. His attention to detail is matched only by the amount of pride his team takes on these projects. There are clients who have trusted him with multiple vehicles for PPF and I can see why. From my very first interaction which was his prompt return email after my online inquiry… to the last handshake after the perfect job he performed, I was thoroughly impressed. He invited me back a week later to inspect his work after the vehicle has been out in the real world and detailed it for good measure. I did not feel like just another project to him. Incredibly kind and professional. 10/10 recommend. I will be using his other services such as mobile detailing.
High and Wide did an excellent job wrapping my 2026 BMW XM in stealth PPF. Extreme attention to detail on a very difficult vehicle. I highly recommend Jayden and the rest of the team at High and Wide Detailing!
I used High and Wide at the recommendation of a friend for Full PPF on a brand new Vehicle in September of 2024. This was my first experience with a PPF install/installer but I wish I would have never used the cheaper quote for such a service. Initial correspondence and communication were great then I became highly dissatisfied with how things went from there. While picking up my vehicle many things were pointed out as concerns/issues - I was told by Jayden that dust/bubbles in the film is normal it will get better as it dried fully. Also that Visible lines in the film were also normal since a kit was used- which differed highly from the "All edges will be wrapped for a clean and invisible-like installation." description provided in the proposal. This wasn't my greatest concern though due to price- but there was hair/dust/fibers in many locations multiple edges with bubbles and poor fitment to the grille at pickup. I had to rent a car for the week was in the shop and picked up on a Saturday. Then 24 hours later I had very obvious peeling of the hood application and returned to the shop the next Monday.Jayden at that time offered to fix any issues so he spent several hours on this. Things looked a little better after this touch up but felt assured Jayden would stand by his work and make it right with me. Within 6 hours of leaving the hood began to peel again and I contacted Jayden expressing concerns and he assured me he would redo the entire hood and a quarter panel when I could bring it back in for a day. So I brought it in a 3rd time on Saturday. The car initially looked much better after tacking them all back down and syringing some air bubbles out but after inspecting the hood later I noticed the same ripples/hair fibers in the hood as the original. I again contacted Jayden asking if he in fact did what he said he would do to fix the issue and he stated he did not redo the entire hood he was able to reapply it which he did not disclose openly at pickup. I expressed my concerns and unhappiness with the final product and deviation from the previously discussed fix. That I did not think the PPF would last after his install. Jayden then replied with "...I apologize for the inconveniences..." I have completely lost my trust in High and Wides ability to correct this issue after 3 visits for the same thing. It has now been almost exactly one year and my PPF looks terrible after paying over 6,000$ for this service ( plus a car rental.) I am highly disappointed in the PPF and the look of my vehicle. I now need to find a reputable shop to remove all of their work at my cost again and start over. Pictures attached are from initial hood issues which look better now and then an update to July of 2025 - which shows only SOME of the many issues still present with bubbles, lifted edges, and poor cuts. Edges are lifted from both sides of the rear tailgate, Peeling from the A-Pillars, Trim, Grille and hood. This has been the worst modification/shop experiences I've had with any of my vehicles. I would not use High and Wide for anything in the future.
