After reading some of the reviews I was kinda bamboozled that I had such a good experience. I guess it varies? I got a interior detail + exterior , the one time basic for a total of $105, given they gave me a $15 discount (I dont know why, but didnt ask). Dude, the exterior could have been done a bit better... but the interior? Woah. Such a good job! Everything was like brand new, all the wood my car has also shiny and revived. All my leather and alcantara was very well treated. If Im ever around this area and need a car inside detailing I might as well visit these guys. Maybe a bit steep on the price given I can get someone online to come and do it at my place, but this was 9.5/10 given they didnt clean THAT well the outside. Extremely happy with the service :)
90% of the time they do a half-ass job. Definitely don’t sign up for their membership, as they will care even less because they see you more often and feel like they need to miss all the spots while expecting great tips. Avoid this place, as there are plenty of other great car wash locations around.
Car wash was horrible didnt do floor mats or doors and there was lots of dirt left on the exterior....not worth 34bux! And there was still dog hair everywhere
Someone had thrown up in my back seat the night before I took my car into this place. I paid $150 for a interior shampoo and let them know that the backseat needed to be washed really well. They left a pile of dried throw up in my back seat that I had to clean up myself. I took it back in the next day to ask for a refund and they refused. Please do not go here, save you money.
I grew up coming to Alicia Auto Spa and always remembered great service — but this time was awful. I arrived around 9:35 AM and was ignored from the start. A woman near the register looked at me and walked away. I had to press a button to call an attendant, who told me I was in the wrong lane instead of simply helping me. He pumped my gas, then drove off with the car in front of me before I had even paid, leaving me sitting there with the pump still in my car for over 15 minutes. Meanwhile, the same woman went on to help car after car on the other side, completely ignoring me. I only got help because I finally got out of my car to ask what was going on. When I finally got assistance, I asked for the backseat and my daughter’s car seat to be vacuumed. At checkout, I explained how frustrated I was, and even another customer admitted I had been overlooked. The cashier said she’d get a manager — but no one ever came. After waiting over 45 minutes total, I saw the customer who had arrived after me already leaving with a spotless car, while mine was rushed, incomplete, and sloppy. The backseat and car seat were untouched, and to top it off, the box above my mirror had been pushed off during the wash. This wasn’t a small miss — it was blatant neglect, no accountability, no manager, and careless handling of my car. After wasting so much time and money, I won’t be returning, and I’d warn others not to either.
