I paid $45 for them to vacuum, wash and wipe down my car. They didn’t wipe down anything! They didn’t even vacuum the cup holders.
f you have the resources and time, take this as your sign to start a business to compete with these guys. Someone needs to. I went over the other day and while I was about to spend $80 for a “quick” wash, ( I have a CRV ) o saw a lady with a Prius asking politely if they could redo some of the interior cleaning interior cleaning they had rushed through. However, the staff was not very nice towards her. The whole scene was sad. I feel like people should stop spending their hard earned money on a place like this out of habit. I’ve took all 3 of my cars here for the last 12 years and I can tell you they clearly don’t care anymore.
I’ve been coming here for well over 10 years. The quality of service has steadily declined. Today was the absolute worst and will never come back again. It appears to me that nobody working at this car wash has any sense of pride. The owners should take notice before their client base goes elsewhere.
Second time coming here to give it another chance, but it really wasn’t worth it. I got the ultimate wash package, the exterior wash was about 85% okay, but the interior was very disappointing. They didn’t wipe many surfaces, the touch screen was still covered with fingerprints, and there was dirt left on the back seats and floor and the cup holders. It’s clear they didn’t take the time to clean properly — I even had to stop and finish wiping areas myself. For how expensive it was, the service didn’t match the price. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you only want a quick exterior wash.
I wish there was a negative 10 star. They did $2500 worth of damage to my car and they refuse to pay. One manager admitted to it because it was on their video surveillance camera and the other manager is saying that they aren’t responsible. They will not give me the number to the owner and said to email instead. I’ve emailed them every day for the past week and no response. Elvi has done nothing to help. She continues to blame me and take no responsibility when 1 there’s video surveillance showing my car going in perfectly fine, and 2 - i have photos and videos… before and after. I will NEVER bring my car there again
