I came to GLG today to get a hand wash done on my Hyundai Elantra. I tried to book an appointment online but was only greeted to errors on any service. I called in and was told to come on down. When I arrived I was watching two guys working on a Tesla. I pulled up and rolled my window down and told them I wanted the executive hand wash. One of the guys told me 45 mins and to pay inside the gas station. It took exactly 45 mins to clean the inside, vacuum, wash, and towel dry (also air compress) the exterior. Overall I was pretty happy with the results as the car is relatively easy to clean as it's completely coated. The only reason I'm taking 1 star off is -Online booking system kept giving me errors -Not much of a waiting area (outside) -Cleaned the face of my wheels but not the inside barrels -Didn't have a business card for me. Overall my experience including the wash was a 7/10. Would come here again but will try other places in the meantime. Thanks GLG!
My car has never looked so clean! Truly impeccable work. I have an older car that needed some serious TLC with endless crumbs and such left behind by my toddler. Guillermo truly knows how to clean a busy mom’s car and does it amazingly. Seriously can’t get over how beautiful my car looks. Things are shining that I haven’t seen shine in 5 years! I have been taking my cars to Guillermo for almost 15 years. I now live in Fallbrook and still make the drive to him in Carlsbad. He and his crew are just the best! They take their time to get everything just perfect. Just when I think my kids have trashed my car to the point of no return - Guillermo will make it look brand new again! Every single time!

So glad I found Guillermo’s hand car wash! After buying my Tesla Model Y, I knew I needed to go to a hand wash vs the mechanical ones. At first I thought Guillermo’s wash was part of the Shell one, but it’s a separate business that does all hand wash with good products. They take cash or you can pay with a card inside the Shell station which is super helpful. He also offers mobile detailing! Thank you, Guillermo and team for always taking care of my car!
