Exclusive Motorsports is the real deal. I brought my Ford Maverick in for ceramic IR tint and had planned to walk to BART after dropping it off. Because it was pouring rain, one of the owners, Chris, kindly offered me a ride—what a great guy. Angelique was a pleasure to work with for scheduling and close out and the shop was very clean and professional. The tint job turned out top-notch, and they even detailed the interior of my truck. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be returning with my other vehicles.
Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The team is highly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about their craft. Strongly Recommended! => Ceramic Pro Concord (EXCLSV) Service: Installation of PPF to the front fascia and entire hood. Vehicle: 2024 Nissan Z Just had Paint Protection Film (PPF) installed on my vehicle's front fascia and entire hood. I must say I am extremely pleased with the product and service! In Summary: - Customer Service: A - Competitive Pricing: A - Facility: A - Workmanship: A- - Staff: A Customer Service: From my initial info call, Jenna was very pleasant and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This service continued when I finally decided to bring the car in as I talked with Angelique. As my main POC, Angelique always kept me updated on status. Angelique has great customer service skills as well as a great understanding on the process, not to mention a great eye for quality inspection. She was instrumental in providing very competitive pricing and stands by their quality products and services. Facility: Easy to get to with nearby freeway access. The facility is clean and professional. It is fairly large with a nice front lobby and viewing area, allowing you to observe while work is being performed on you vehicle. Complimentary WiFi is available as well. Staff offers coffee and water while you wait. Workmanship: The only reason why this got a A- rating (vs A) is because there were a few blemishes observed during the initial pick up. Understandably, as this was their first experience with a new generation Z. That being said, there is a re-inspect / touch up after a 2 week period that's performed after the PPF has settled in. Not to worry, they put their best technician, the "Mac Attack" to address the issues. He was very transparent in our communication, expressing challenges and proposed techniques to address the issues. At the end, Mac did an awesome job and totally met my expectations. He pays attention to details and has that quality mindset. Also, included is free paint touch up as long as you provide the touch paint with the matching color code. Also, there was never any push back from either Mac or Angelique and were totally understandable and aligned with any of my concerns. Staff: Every staff member I interfaced with were extremely pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Jenna & Chris were very professional and informative and special shout out and a big thank you to Angelique and Mac for making it right! Can’t forget Hessy who thoroughly cleaned the car inside and out and not just the areas being worked on. After performing the services, the car was basically detailed out upon pickup. I recommended a friend to Ceramic Pro to have ceramic coating applied, and he was extremely happy as well with the service. If you want quality service at competitive pricing with a friendly and professional staff who stands by their product, then I highly recommend Ceramic Pro Concord (EXCLSV)! What more do I need to say, they did an amazing job wrapping my car. Just look at it. I was stunned when I came in. And any minor issues they fixed and made sure it was right. Some of the wrap started to come undone but they went back and fixed it hassle free. It’s looking great now. Highly recommend. Plus they have by far the best rates. All of the other places in either SF, Redwood City, San Jose or Hayward were almost 2x the price compared to here. All in all, If you want to get your car wrapped, this is the place. (Also, if you want to choose a color, do Teckwrap’s Hunter Green and thank me later)
