I found Sam's through a google search when I was trying to get my elderly Dad's car detailed before selling it. I was able to get a same-day appointment and the car looked AMAZING when Andro and his team were done with it. My Mom likes it so much she wants to keep it now. The staff at Sam's was kind, thorough, friendly, quick, and extremely helpful. When we couldn't pick up the car when it was ready, the staff found a way to deliver the car to my Mom's house. The customer service is truly fantastic. I wish I lived nearby and could take my own car there but I'd highly recommend it to anyone local.
I had painters accidentally spackle the outside of my car with paint, they tried to remove it and left scratches and smudged paint all over the hood of my car. I called the next day and Andrew got me in immediately to arrange a detail of the car and polish for the hood removing all the paint and scratches, the car looked good as new! Bobby, who did the detail and polish, was very nice and professional, he did an exceptional job and was very thorough. I was so relieved and really happy with their service. I highly recommended and will be back for regular detail needs.
Absolutely incredible experience! I took my car to Sam’s to get the interior detailed, but they ended up selling me on the ceramic coating for my car as well, which I really needed. I was given a fair quote and picked up the car after two days. Needless to say i was thoroughly impressed! They managed to clean up all the micro scratches on the cars paint. The car looks better than it did even when i drove it off the dealership lot! these guys really seem care about what they do and take pride in all their work id highly recommend you to use them if you also care a lot about your car.
I had left my car at a parking garage near LAX for 3 and a half months from May to August when I was out of town. As a result of the heat and humidity there was mold all over the steering wheel, front seats, parking brake, center console and the back seats. I called multiple places and none were equipped or had any clue how to deal with the problem. Andrew was amazing. He was responsive and called me immediately. He knew how to properly remove the mold as well as steam clean and use ozone to get rid of the smell. He brought my beloved 2015 VW GTI back to live and the interior honestly never looked better. I also had him do his magic to clean and polish the exterior and steam clean the engine as well. He went above and beyond and his team did a fantastic job. I am extremely grateful to all the hard work his team put into the car and he has a loyal customer. Definitely briinging the car back to Andrew and team there at Sam's Steam in the future.
I had my car detailed at Sam’s Auto Detail and was absolutely blown away by the level of care and attention they put into their work. It truly felt like they were treating my car as if it were their own. Every inch was spotless, and the results exceeded all my expectations. Now I fully understand why they have a perfect 5 star rating! It's more than well deserved. Their passion and dedication to what they do left a lasting impression on me. I’m still thinking about how great the experience was!
