Hands down one of the best detailing shops I’ve been to. They paid attention to every little detail and made my car look better than when I bought it. The interior was spotless, paint was shining, and the whole car smelled fresh without being overpowering. Super professional, great customer service, and they actually take pride in their work. ## ⚠️ AVOID AT ALL COSTS: This Place is a Nightmare I would give this establishment **zero stars** if I could. My experience here was nothing short of a disaster, and I want to warn anyone considering this place to stay far away. ### Damage and Dishonesty During the wash, the equipment **physically broke my vehicle**. When I brought the damage to the manager's attention, they didn't just refuse to take responsibility—they flat-out lied to my face. They claimed the vehicle was "already damaged" when I drove in, which is a complete fabrication. They are dishonest, predatory, and have zero integrity. ### Subpar Service & Ridiculous Pricing The prices here are **outrageously expensive**, and for what? * **The car wasn't even clean:** Despite the high price tag, there was still a significant amount of dirt left on the exterior. * **Wasted Money:** It looked like they just splashed some water on it and called it a day. ### Rude Staff & Theft Warning The staff members are incredibly **rude and unprofessional**. They treat customers like an inconvenience rather than paying guests. > **URGENT WARNING:** Do not leave a single personal item in your car. Things will go missing. If you value your belongings—and your sanity—**do not trust these people.** > Save your money, save your car, and go literally anywhere else. This place is a scam.
I got the Bronze Lux wash at Lux Wash & Detail and was really impressed. The price was very affordable, the new equipment is top notch, and the whole place has a very clean, luxurious feel. My car came out looking great. I’ll definitely be back.
