Paid for the $28 wash platinum wash. When I got my vehicle back there, he had not touched the third row of my vehicle at all. Had to have them come back and do a quick vacuum not saying it’s a workers fault. I feel like this place needs an upgrade to their equipment.
Just got my car back from being detailed. I always do the mini detail, you cannot beat the price and the result is always perfect. It’s a plus that the gentlemen there are very respectful and aim to please !
Waste of time and money. Paid for the platinum car wash and they didn’t vacuum inside the vehicle at all. Looks exactly the same as when I brought it in. There is a bit of dog hair in my car so I never expect it to be perfect and certainly not for $28, but I do expect to at least get the interior vacuumed like it’s supposed to and not leave the same dirt. Do not go here, big scam.
Extremely poor service. DO NOT go here spend your money elsewhere. I paid for platinum car wash - 10 mins out the line supervisor called me over that the car was ready it was NOT. They hadn't touched the tires at all. Then he calls me again saying car is ready I saw the interior panels were not done so they do it and called me a third time the guy who gave me ticket came over telling me its done. I inspect the car open doors and guess what all 4 door panels had dust on the lower panels all four the line supervisor then goes and calls the manager who tells me that I have to tell them if its not done. Really !!!! I'm paying you $40 plus tip so you can tell me what needs to be done? To him this was no big deal so 4th time now. I finally sit in the car only to find out the steering wheel the air vents all were dusty I had to point out to the line supervisor who grabbed a wet towel and just wiped it. Like I said very poor service and attitude needless to say I am NEVER going there again. They have different tiers of services posted but they rather NOT do it UNLESS you ask them that you are actually paying for it. 1 star rating is too many.
Paid for a platinum car wash just to have to wash my car again since it was done so poorly. My car is only 2 weeks only so it’s not like I have years of dirt on it. They didn’t clean the side mirrors very well and didn’t wipe the interior at all. No air freshener either. These are AFTER pictures
