Went there today and got a wash. $17 and it wash horrible. I still have soap on car. No wipe down. Windows still have spots. Are you kidding me. Never going back.
While the staff were really nice, this place is insanely expensive ($35 for basic exterior/interior cleaning) for mediocre work. The windows were still really dirty, but it was hard to tell until I had already left and the sunlight hit the windows. At that point, I could see how poor of a job they did. I’ll need to do it again myself. The interior was barely wiped down on the dashboard, still very dusty. Won’t be going back.
Oil change technicians Jason and Ray at the Valvoline on 400 Brotherton Rd in Escondido were seriously amazing. Their customer service was some of the best we have ever experienced. They were kind, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They walked us through everything, including the oil change, power steering flush, cabin filter, and air filter, and they even showed us the parts so we could see the discoloration and understand why things needed to be replaced. It never felt salesy or pushy. It was just honest people doing great work and making sure we understood what was going on with our car. They also included a car wash, which was such a nice touch. We left feeling taken care of and confident in the service we received. We will not go anywhere else from now on.
60$ hand wash and they just don’t scrub car wash left horrible back windows weren’t done had to ask for a rag to clean it I hope when they shower they use soap and scrub it in
