I took my GLE 53 to The Detail Clinic for color PPF, window tint, and caliper work, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I brought my BMW i4 to The Detail Clinic for their Summer Ceramic Special and worked with Cesar--one of the most personable detailers I've met. Our conversation felt like I was chatting with a car-enthusiast friend: he explained in plain English how a ceramic coating bonds to clear-coat, why the prep work (iron decon, clay, polish) is critical, and how their product differs from the System X job I'd had a few years ago for my old car. The price sealed it. The Detail Clinic quoted $650 for a five-year ceramic package, which is way friendlier than the System X three-year protection cost ($1,300). Same quality prep, longer warranty, less than half the cost--easy choice. The shop was spotless, drop-off and pick-up were exactly on schedule, and they protected my seat and steering wheel while they worked. After it was finished, the paint looked like liquid sapphire. Moreover, they cleaned up and wiped down the interior with me. Cesar wrapped up with straightforward care tips--avoid harsh washes for two weeks, stick to pH-neutral soap, and refresh with detail spray every few months. If you want friendly expertise, meticulous workmanship, and honest pricing that makes the big ceramic brands hard to justify, ask for Cesar at The Detail Clinic. Highly recommended.
I brought my 18-year-old BMW Alpina B7 to The Detail Clinic, and they brought it back to life. I opted for their Medium Coverage Detail and full ceramic tinting on all windows, including the front windshield and OMG the results are outstanding. They performed a meticulous hand wash, deep vacuum, glaze polish, steam-cleaning of all interior surfaces, and applied a ceramic sealant that left the car looking showroom ready. The HiTek ceramic tint not only looks great but provides noticeable heat and UV protection. Cesar handled everything with amazing transparency and professionalism great communication and no shortcuts. Although the service was initially planned for one day, they requested an extra day to make sure everything was done perfectly. That level of care made all the difference. Highly recommend The Detail Clinic if you want your car done right the first time! Never look back. Next time I'll be bringing in my fleet of exotic collection... LaFerrari, Bugatti, and Pagani Hot Wheels for the same VIP treatment.

Just picked up my 2025 Genesis 3.3t Performance Advanced this afternoon and was completely blown away on how great it looked after after Ceramic Coating and Ceramic Tint! From the moment I walked into Detail Clinic and met both Cesar and Francisco, I immediately felt comfortable and after viewing two cars that were getting detailed not only was I impressed but sold on handing my vehicle into their care. Cesar was completely transparent in walking me through the process from start to finish including promptly replying to various questions I had during the process via text message or call.
