Great, friendly and caring service by the people here. I know people can sometimes dread getting work done at a dealership for one reason or another, but the quality service and details provided at every step of the way is amazing. Our service advisor Artemisa was awesome and super helpful. Absolutely love the video walkthroughs by the tech. I almost knocked off a star because of the final experience at car pick up but would not be fair to everyone else. Valets were not very friendly. They took our paper and said “wait in the front”, then turns around. It being our first time there, we’re unsure of where exactly that was. We asked again and got the same response. It was like a great movie with an okay ending. Maybe next time will be better.
I brought my BMW in for a recall and once there I decided to add an inspection. Kevin, my mechanic, provided me with an excellent video of the undercarriage of my car, detailing his one recommendation. The video was clear, and he did an outstanding job explaining what I would need. Will, the agent assigned to me, was also wonderful, addressing all my questions. Additionally, Will was friendly, polite, and a great communicator. I highly recommend BMW of Ontario.
Loved the experience. Easy to schedule service appointment thru app and request a loaner vehicle. Received confirmation. Arrived and whole process was quick and easy. I was in and out. Was kept informed of progress. Picking up my car was quick as well. Everyone was super friendly. Very organized process.
This was my first time doing an unscheduled trip to the Service department. Everything was as smooth and seamless as if I had scheduled an appointment. I waited no more than a minute to have someone come and take the car, and no more than 15 minutes to get fully checked-in - for a walk-in! Robert was also very quick and very knowledgeable. He had everything processed, he was very clear on the process and what needed to be done as well as what they might need from me. Definitely a branch I will always have my car serviced in, and would highly recommend to any BMW owner.
Our vehicle is great now. We are really happy with the service, and interactions with your staff. Will S. in service, Robert in parts, the techs and the cashiers were all excellent. The video update and continuous communication and cooperation working with our different contracted coverages to address 3 major issues. We will be back. Everyone is really nice and knowledgeable. The complimentary cleaning was a nice bonus.
