This was such a wonderful experience and service. Adrian was professional, communicative, friendly, and very flexible when my schedule was disrupted a couple of times by a new baby. His work was fantastic and I plan to use him again. Cannot recommend enough!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ Absolutely Incredible Transformation! I cannot say enough about the unbelievable job Derek S. did on my 10-year-old Mazda. This car hadn’t even been vacuumed since 2015 — and somehow, he made it look and smell better than showroom condition! Every inch, inside and out, was meticulously cleaned, restored, and detailed to perfection. The paint shines like it’s brand new, the interior feels fresh and spotless, and even the smallest crevices look like they’ve never seen a speck of dust. The car literally gleams — and smells amazing, too. Derek’s attention to detail, pride in his work, and professionalism are second to none. I honestly didn’t think it was possible for this car to look this good again, but he proved me wrong in the best way possible. If you’re considering a detail — don’t hesitate. Derek S. is the real deal, and his work speaks for itself.
I used AX garage. Iram was a nice guy but unfortunately the work done was not satisfactory. Headliner, seat buckle, door jamb, and more werent cleaned properly. I also had to point out that the exterior wasnt cleaned properly as there was still some bugs on the front grill and front of side mirrors. Tree sap removal was unfortunately not included. Very disappointing first time experience. Not worth the 300 dollars.
I had high expectations for Panda Hub’s detailed car wash service, especially since this was my first time using their company. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The technician arrived over 30 minutes late and left well before 2:00 PM, even though the service I booked was supposed to take over 3+hours. Despite this extended time allotment, numerous areas were completely missed and neglected. I’ve attached several photos to support my concerns. There is no justification for such oversight, especially from a service that promotes itself as offering "detailed" cleaning. I expected professionalism and attention to detail — neither of which were delivered. Update: Following my complaint, Panda Hub investigated the issue and concluded that a $25 credit was sufficient compensation for what was clearly an incomplete "detailed clean"—a service I paid $300 for. This response highlights a concerning lack of customer service and accountability. It's disappointing to see such a minimal gesture offered in response to a premium service that was not properly delivered.
