I had an excellent experience at the Mercedes dealership. Ree Wardak was professional, kind, and very attentive throughout the entire process. She made sure all of my questions were answered and kept me informed every step of the way. I truly felt valued as a customer. Monique and other employees I interacted with were also courteous and helpful. The atmosphere was welcoming, organized, and efficient. Everyone demonstrated great teamwork and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, I am very pleased with the service I received and would confidently recommend this dealership to others. Thank you for providing such outstanding care.

The staff at this service center were friendly and kept me informed on what was going on with my vehicle service. They also made recommendations based off of their inspection of the vehicle. I did have an issue after picking up my vehicle and brought my concern to the service advisor. After a couple weeks of some back and forth about the matter, I was contacted by the operations director and was able to come to what we both considered a fair resolution. I appreciate that he heard my concerns and made an effort to make things right.

If you want the BEST service, most patient and sweetest people, with the perfect quality, definitely visit the Mercedes of Ontario’s service parts. Everyone there was so patient, including one who patiently went to and fro to get the items I needed. I appreciate that so much. Special shoutout to Sleven, not sure how his name is spelt, but he’s a very cool and strong guy. You’d know if you see him: he’ll make sure that everything is fine. Very helpful, trying to give us the best experience. They just received a new package, so definitely check it out! Everything there is high quality! I’m in love with this store. This is why we love becoming apart of the mercedes family. Also thank you Eric! He’s very busy, but he will always try his best to resolve anything needed. Thank you all! - AH

Excellent, professional, courteous sales service, especially by Darius Motlagh. Greatly appreciated the careful assistance when buying our vehicle and when we had questions about it afterwards.
