I always have a fantastic experience at Orange Hand Car Wash! They’re my go-to car wash for all of my vehicles. From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They paid close attention to detail and made sure every part of my car—from the wheels to the windows—was spotless. The inside looks and smells amazing too! What really stood out was how quick the service was without compromising quality. I also appreciated the comfortable waiting area and free coffee—nice touch! I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough, high-quality car wash at a fair price.
tinted all windows, 40% ceramic IR windshield and 20% ceramic everywhere else. Good, fast and knowledgeable service with very nice lounge room to wait. Allocate 2-4 hours for tint, depending on how many techs are doing your car. Prices were fair, did a good job.
I went in early on a Sunday morning for a car wash, thinking it would be a good time since they weren’t busy. Even though there were no cars before or after me, the guy checking in vehicles was rushing for no reason. I paid $65 for the Diamond Wash and added a $10 spray-on wax. When I got my car back, it was obvious they had cut corners. The front and rear windows weren’t fully wiped, the interior was barely cleaned, and there was a black residue on the side panels inside the car that definitely wasn’t there before. I went back to point it out, and the same guy just tried to buff it out—no apology, no accountability. I told him the job wasn’t done properly, but he didn’t seem to care. He barely removed the black marks, and I left frustrated. (The photo I attached was taken after he tried to remove the residue.) I used to be a regular here because they actually did the work and took pride in it. But the past few times I’ve come, the quality has been consistently bad. It feels like they just rush through every job now, regardless of how much you pay. For $75, I expected a clean car and attention to detail—not a careless, half-done wash. Definitely will not return.
Without a doubt the most professional, honest, and thoughtful staff of any car wash in Orange County. I came in with hard water spots all over my car that wouldn’t rinse away from the ceramic coat (left car outside for too long). I had consulted with other detailers who quickly jumped to conclusions and said I needed a full detail + reapplication before trying diagnose the problem. (Considering my car just got ceramic coated in the past 6 months) Not these guys. First, they suggested a cost effective alternative that wouldn't damage the ceramic coating although not promising a perfect end result which is understandable. Ultimately, I was able to get all of my water spots removed then paid extra for them to take care of other blemishes that I been intending on fixing. I’d suggest them to anyone who just wants regular wash, has a unique cosmetic issue, or robust detail/ceramic coating.
