This shop is amazing. James has OUTSTANDING customer service. I took my 2025 Acura Intergra to get it fully wrapped. And from the time that I started connecting with James via text. Due to my busy work schedule, it was just pure understanding, and communication about what would work best for me. I never felt any pressure as I had with other shops. And from the moment I walked in the door I just knew I picked a professional shop. The crew that actually do the work were just so awesome. Their shop is so clean, organized it is truly amazing and beautiful. James makes you feel like family. I was able to take my time with the help of James to pick just the perfect color. I am constantly making heads turn, and getting complimented on how nice my ride is, I recommend Ultra if I could with 10 stars. It is truly the shop to go to above all others. Thank you James and Crew!!!!!

I brought my vehicle to Ultra AutoWorks in Fountain Valley with an unusual issue and could not be happier with the outcome. The experience was excellent from start to finish. We had our Tesla Model Y wrapped with PPF at Utra Autoworks in Fountain Valley, and the results are amazing. James went above and beyond — not only he removed our old PPF at no charge, but he also took the time to find the exact color we wanted. I had an amazing experience at Ultra Autoworks getting PPF and window tinting done on my 2025 Grand Highlander Nightshade Cement. James was fantastic with communication throughout the whole process. River did an incredible job with the PPF – true craftsmanship. And Kevin made sure my car looked flawless with his detailing work. Highly recommend their team for quality work and top-notch service!
