Customer service was great although the drying lady only spoke Spanish so I couldn’t even ask how to do a membership if I wanted to :( but she was still polite. The car wash itself is good if your car isn’t a bug magnet like mine:/ I still had bug guts everywhere😭 but could def see a shine to the car. Not many vaccums and you only get a 5 min time slot for them… they are powerful though. I won’t be doing a membership. Smaller cars and no bug magnets, you’ll be good.
They never power wash the passenger side of my car. I’ve had to request them to do this every time. They don’t want to spend the extra 20 seconds to walk over and use the other power washer to spray down the far side. What makes things worse is the woman who sprays doesn’t speak enough English to understand what she’s being asked when this comes up (no fault of her own; management chose to put here there). Small car, nothing to do with length of hoses etc (there's also an existing pressure hose on the passenger side)--just poor training of otherwise friendly staff. For locals who park on the surrounding streets, calcium build up from the system the city uses to water the grass (e.g., around The Collection) is a major issue and affects ONLY the passenger side of all vehicles. Neglecting the passenger side on the pre-wash is a significant oversight.
Its a great car wash spot quick easy in and out .I have the monthly membership and i can come as many times a day if i want for a car wash staff is friendly quick manager vlad was nice and helpful,with any questions in regards to billing
Jose and Nicho at Bliss Car Wash are awesome! Always super friendly and make it easy and convenient to drive through for a quality car wash or truck wash. Whether I’m bringing in my daily driver or my work truck, I know I’ll leave with a clean vehicle every time. I especially like stopping by Bliss Car Wash after I’ve been out hauling and dropping off old mattresses at the mattress recycling center. It’s the perfect spot for a quick cleanup after a long haul.
