I have been going to this place for years and just recently had a major issue with them detailing my vehicle. Two big chunks of paint was removed from my front bumper of my new car… spoke to the owner and he says “well you can’t see the paint coming off in the video” like really, no shit! Beyond frustrated with how they handled a loyal costumer. Will not be returning and will be taking further actions to have my car fixed!
I took my truck into Chel's Hydro Touch Car Wash this morning. My truck looks absolutely beautiful. She is just gorgeous now. Thank you to the staff at Chel's. Awesome job. Very professional staff.
Very helpful staff here. They answered all of my questions about having a Harley detailed, including what was included and the price range. The price was reasonable for the work to be done and they suggested I call to arrange an appt tone before I dropped it off. Very helpful.
The high prices does not reflect in quality of work. I paid $65 for a simple outside wash, and for ALL the dust to be removed. Upon getting into my vehicle, it looked like they used a dry cloth to remove and smear dust everywhere. A lot of dust residue was left all over the dash and steering column. After getting home, I noticed they didn't even touch the back seats. they didn't dust anything nor did they vacuum the back seats or floorboard.
Went there and very good place to get your car detailed, vacuumed and cleaned.
