Buddy and everybody art Porterville Auto are great! They were able to get my control arms replaced in a timely manner and were transparent with the cost and the process. They were able to beat other quotes by a few hundred dollars. This is the second repair I've done at their shop and I'm thankful my sister recommended them to me!

My car broke down this Monday morning. It overheated and smoke started coming out from the hood. I was stuck in traffic. Not knowing any mechanics I search online and Porterville Automotive Center stood out from everyone else. I called several times, with no luck, I was about to give up when I received a called from Buddy from Porterville Automotive Center I explain my situation and he was able to let me tow my car to he's shop to take a look at it. He was very friendly and knowledgeable that I immediately felt like I was in the right place. I left my car there, later I received a call from buddy letting me know what the problem was and how much it was going to be. I explain I rely on this car and to go ahead and work on it he completely understood my situation, and made it a priority to have it fix by the next day. And he did, it was fix tueday afternoon. I was extremely happy it was fixable. My car runs smooth and it definitely feels brand new to me. I highly appreciated him for having it fix so soon. If I could give this shop more than 5 stars I would. Thank you so much!
