Detail 2 U did an awesome job on my Lexus! They professionally removed the old window tint and installed new FormulaOne Llumar tint flawlessly. The quality, attention to detail, and customer service were top-notch. My car looks incredible, and the finish is perfect. Highly recommend them!
Worst experience I ever had with any detailing company, Jobs had to be redone multiple times. AND when I was told my car would be held for 2 to 3 days, it ended up taking a week and 3 days and my car was being driven from spot to spot by random people I don't know even without notifying me. I went in the app for my car and had to find out for myself, my car had almost no gas left in it when I got it back after leaving it with half a tank👍🏻 Also never fails to mention at least five times in a conversation how much of a good deal I got but when I call other high caliber PPF installers and retailers they all quoted me the same price that he did! LOL I also did a full frontal PPF and when I asked him why he did not get the very thin trim around the bumper he says I did not pay for that when I was not even aware it wasn't included if I'm paying for the full frontal PPF you'd expect a skinny CHROME trim around the bumper to be covered as well but no it was an extra $300!! And now that trim piece is already chipped up, thanks so much!!! If I could give zero stars I would🙏🏻

Wow! Brought my brand new BMW to Detail 2 U for a 1-year ceramic coating and paint protection film (PPF) on the mirrors. The results are breathtaking! The gloss is incredible, and the mirror PPF installation is perfectly seamless. They are true experts who care deeply about their craft. Exceeded my expectations in every way. I found this place specifically looking for LLumar Window Film brand thru LLumar's website. I called to make an appointment and right away the professionalism was felt. They were able to answer my questions about the LLumar products that they offered, and also informed me that they would also go thru the products they offered when I showed up to my appointment. They were able to schedule me quickly, next day and at a perfect time that worked for me. I showed up to my appointment this past Friday morning (08/22/25) at 09:00 and was greeted by Lem. Lem walked me thru the process and asked me a very important question to help me determine what exactly I was looking for when it came to tint for my car. He asked if I was looking for "maximum heat rejection" or "overall looks of the car". Lem and Jordan both explained the different options when it came to either Maximum Heat Rejection or Overall Looks and the overall differences which really helped me make my selection. Initially, I was just looking to go with whatever was the cheapest, darkest, tint. However I'm glad I went with their "maximum heat rejection" recommendation and did the Ceramic tint. Went with Ceramic 5% and I'm extremely happy with the look and heat rejection. Jordan even sold me on the front windshield tint as well and man, so glad I tinted the front windshielf it was AIR 80 which means it's pretty much clear but has awesome heat rejection, you don't even feel the sun when it's shining thru the windshield. I even have a full metal shift knob which sat in the sun all day today, when I got in the car to drive it, it was warm but not scalding hot like previously with ZERO tint on my car. Can't believe it took me 4 years to tint my car but alas, I finally did it! Check these guys out, you won't regret it! Oh and they do detailing as well! Thank you guys! - Mike
