Hands down the best car wash I’ve been to. I finally became a monthly member and it’s totally worth it. I get the Express Diamond wash and then 2 people dry the car off, spray the tires and add some scent. I vacuum and wipe down myself because I don’t always need the car vacuumed so why pay extra. The vacuums are super powerful and they also have the little tiny air spray for getting extra water out of the cracks. I finally got my husband to switch to Five Star.
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR OR QUALITY SERVICE. When I arrived, a staff member put tape directly on my windshield, which has tint — something any detail service should know can cause damage. She told me to pull into slot 4, which I did. While waiting, another employee suddenly opened my door, acting very aggressive and angry. When I said I didn’t want vacuuming, he became even more frustrated. A second employee came over to calm him down. Which I’m glad he did. But the end result was the original angry employee got more angry. So here I am just wanting a car wash having to hear this dude bicker and argue with his coworker along with me. Very unprofessional Overall, the experience was unprofessional and unpleasant. The car wash also left visible marks and streaks all over my vehicle — it looked worse than when I arrived. As an experienced detailer myself, I can confidently say this place does not meet basic standards of care or service. I’m not one to complain or write reviews, but this time, I felt I had to.
The staff is so great here. I love their consistency. Always do a walkthrough before driving off. They don't mind, and actually appreciate their customers doing a quick check.
LOVE THIS PLACE! Thought I would try a new place as I haven't been thrilled with other big name places that I have been going to and can I just say WOW! My car is sparkling. They do a pre-wash to get the really stuck on dirt off and then you run thru the automated car wash and finally you are finished off with a drying and tire scrub station and a spritz of air freshener. The staff is so kind and helpful. I was not sure of which plan to go with and the tech provided me with the needed info to make my decision and I really couldn't be happier. My old girl hasn't looked better in ages. This is my new go to and I highly recommend it for you as well.
Zach was super sweet and very helpful!! Came here to check out their grand opening and their customer service was on point. Zack too care of us and made sure our car came out squeaky clean! Even got gas too!
