Excellent car detail shop for PPF and ceramic. I obtained 3 quotes and Wet Paint was extremely competitive. 2nd car I've had done here. Top tier PPF work and they use quality ceramics and films. Also great for window tinting.
Growing up in Los Angeles the car culture is king. Since coming to Sacramento 13 years ago. I have been to two other tint places here, and didn't really care for them, so I continued to get my tint down there. Wet Paint changed it for me. Isaac was great and friendly. The staff was friendly and did a great job. The shop was clean, and the waiting room was well-kept. Ceramic coating and tint on my wife's car. Mine is next and will definitely continue to go back to them for all my vehicles.
I contacted The company and Isaac answered my call. He was very welcoming, and addressed my questions in a clearly-stated fashion. He was able to fit me in to get my Tesla coated the very next day after I called. When I arrived at their shop, it was impressively clean, well organized, and the technicians that worked on my car did a superb job in removing the blemishes resulting from the previous owner driving in the Central Valley where it’s dusty and windy. Isaac text me a number of times to give me an update on the status of job completion. Moreover, he noticed significant water marks that penetrated the top and rear windshield. He gave me a competitive price to remove the deep water marks. Additionally, he sent me a text asking if I wanted to remove the CarMax label on my bumper. I was pleasantly surprised that Isaac would offer to remove it. That’s what I call a proactive shop that thinks about their customers 100% of the time. I met the owner, Dustin and it was clear to me that he treated his customers with respect and modeled for his employees what customer service looks like. The attention to detail is fantastic! My car looks absolutely beautiful! I did have a few things come up with it but I contacted them and they had me bring it right in. They walked with me and answered all of my questions. This is my first time having any PPF, window tint or ceramic coating done and I am very impressed. I won’t go anywhere else! Very professional and their work space is extremely clean! Highly recommended!
