Had my Tesla ceramic coated and ceramic window tinted. All the work was better then what me and my wife excited. We will definitely be bring my wife's BMW for paint protection film. Thank you Jonathan for all your help and answering all our questions.
Went in recently to get my 2025 Tesla model 3 ceramic window tinted. Juan and Jonathan got the job done and I had to wait 3-5 days for the tint to cure before fully opening the windows. Juan did tell me that the windows may have bubbles for the time being but will go away during curing. After the 5th day I noticed some, very small bubbles on the front/rear passenger side window that didn’t go away, and rear window. I went to the shop and told/show Juan the bubbles and he immediately got his tools to remove the bubbles but during that time with my untrained eye he pointed out that there was some creases, front/rear passenger (very small) that he couldn’t be removed. Juan admitted that it was from when they initially installed the tint you can tell from his facial expression that he was not happy so he told me that if I can bring my car in sometime that week to replace the tint. I thanked him very much for pointing that out to me and made an appointment. So the day came to have Juan and Jonathan to replace the front/rear passenger window tint. I backed into their bay and they got right on to working. Juan told me it should be done in a couple hours or so. So I left to go get some breakfast and walked around the area to pass the time. As soon as they were done before inspecting their work, Juan told me (to my surprise) they decided to replace ALL of the window tint because of what happened the first time. I was taken back by what he said. I shook his hand and thanked him and Jonathan for their honesty, professionalism. Tint Masters definitely has my business. I’ve already gotten a quote to get a 5yr ceramic coat done on my model 3 and a quote to get my 2012 Audi S4 ceramic tint done. I can’t THANK YOU guys enough but THANK YOU!!!
