I had a great experience with Nor Bay Mobile Detailing. I contacted them and they were able to come out the very next day once they realized they had availability, which I really appreciated. They did a full interior and exterior detail on my Tesla Model 3, and the car looks amazing now. It hadn’t been washed in a long time and even had some tree sap on one of the doors, but they handled everything professionally and the car looks almost new again. The team was punctual, friendly, and clearly took their time to do the job properly. You can tell they care about the quality of their work. The convenience of having them come to my location made the whole process very easy. Highly recommend Nor Bay Mobile Detailing if you’re looking for reliable and high-quality mobile detailing in the area.

There were a lot of upsells. It was not clear what work was being done. And what they wanted extra for. Mario was texting me about the wrong car various times, making things more confusing. At the end, the inside of the car looked nice. But the outside needs to be washed still. The picture below is AFTER the car wash. This was the VIP service

I originally reached out to Nor Bay to clean my trunk after I spilled a gallon of laundry detergent in it. I actually found them through ChatGPT - they came up as a top option for deep interior cleaning in San Jose. I ended up having them do an exterior wash and detailing too, and they were great from start to finish. Communication was clear, Mario showed a lot of attention to detail, and he even went beyond what I asked for by cleaning a few extra areas at no charge. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely use them again.

I got this hyundai used from my dad and was dirty with lots of pet hair. got it back in basically new condition. they pay close attention to detail/not a single dirt or hair in sight. amazing service by the two gentlemen! highly recommend, i am sure they are the best in the bay 😁

The service was exceptional! My car was extremely dirty and had mold on the carpet due to my child spilling drinks all over the floor. Hector was able to get rid of the mold and made my car look brand new. They even went the extra step that was not included in the service to remove the old stickers that were stuck on the windows. They arrived on time and even gave me a 30 min notice of their ETA. I had previously gotten my car detailed at two other places here in the area and these two places did not detail my car as much as Nor Bay did. Their prices are reasonable as well and the owner lets you know of each and every charge before the service. I am extremely grateful and happy with the service.
