Excellent service, straightforward and professional. I took my older Prius here after the battery died, and I knew there would be additional maintenance to be done. They replaced the brakes and a few other things and gave me a very competitive quote on new tires. I ended up going somewhere else for tires but I wish I didn't because DNA's quote for the same tires was cheaper and they gave me a printout of the price up front. The other guys gave me a price and changed it when I picked up my car. I spent most of the day in their lounge working and overhearing people come in and out. The guys behind the counter were always busy but they were friendly and direct with good or bad news to whoever came in. Would definitely go here again for any tune-up.
I've been to both sides of DNA for body work and mechanics and have not been disappointed. The mechanics are truly skilled, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I bought a used BMW X1 that did seem to be fine at the time of purchase...but as things go, in time, these cars need maintenance the older they are. After a good bit of work...the skilled mechanics at DNA got it up and running like the day I bought it. It is a good car, but it costs money to maintain. The work was done well and for a very fair price. When my expectations were not met on the timing of one of the repairs, I communicated and was heard. My car runs like a dream again, and I am very grateful. I will continue to take my little car here for the foreseeable future with confidence that any work needed will be done on time, by highly skilled mechanics, and for a company that is run by good people.
This place has the BEST SERVICE for Body Repairs. Hector is so great! What a gentleman! He kept me posted and my car was fixed, it looks great and they washed and vacuumed my car. They went above and BEYOND to please me. They are the nicest people. Donny is so nice too. I LOVE THIS PLACE
Incredible service, professional, very effiicient and excellent workmanship. They repaired my ac on my 20 year old Toyota Highlander and it works great. I highly recommend DNA Diagnostics. They are the best in Marin and they’ll do a great job at a reasonable price. If you want it done right at a reasonable price go to DNA.
Stay away from DNA Auto! After bringing my Lexus to them, they not only did not fix it, but the damaged it further! They damaged a seat cover, did a poor job at replacing the quarter glass, and pried off the grab handles. Here is a message to them that I wrote. Hello DNA Auto: Donny and Will I am writing to report further damages found after your work on my car. I am so disappointed at the level of poor workmanship at your shop. What kind of people are you employing that they could be so careless to damage the fule pocket grab handles and sun visor covers? In addition the company you hired to install the quarter glass not only damaged the seat cover, but they did not install the quarter glass properly! The adhesive was weak and the glass came off. Absolutely the WORST workmanship I have ever experienced.
