This is my second time Using Wicked and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. They have excellent communication and scheduling easy, with pick up and drop off these guys really know what they’re doing and take care of the customers. I’m happy to continue to use their services in the future.
I've been here for a couple of times already and they never disappoint. I went in mainly to get my parts installed - some performance mods(downpipe and intake) and cosmetic mods(front lip and wing) - for my Elantra N. I love how they always treat my car with care and passion as if it's their own project car. My guy Richie helped me every time and he just gets it done! The owner Sam, cool dude, always trying to organize the place and the community. Even though we all came from different backgrounds or have different cars, now I feel like I'm part of the family! Coming back soon if I have more mods to install for sure because pricing is also very reasonable!
Awesome guys and did a fabulous job on my car. The paint now really shines. Spilled coffee on the race-tex seats and the stain and smell were removed completely. For reference: Miami Blue 718 GT4. Update 10/4/2023: I curbed my right rear wheel. Pretty concerned as they are hard to get for the 718 GT4 platform nowadays. But it appears as if the damage never occurred. Update 6/26/2024: fresh wash; replaced old pictures due to new 718 GT4 RS Clubsport Wing.
Ok so I talked to a bunch of places before finally choosing wicked! Sam was instrumental in my decision. He has been just amazing. They are so responsive, texting me, listening to my concerns. They did everything to show me the value while I considered another vendor. They stayed in touch, spoke to my friend who was considering it too. They checked my wrap a week later and fixed any imperfections. I get so many compliments!! He even gave me design ideas in a humorous way and was so genuine, doesn't make me feel upsold and let's me know when what I want is unnecessary but in a very non judgemental way. I got the wrap and the ceramic coating. My car is SUPER SHINY and I'm in love with it. I didn't realize the wrap is hydrophobic and repels dust so my car is literally shinier than all others around me haha I also got a little rose gold trimming. It's beautiful! Sam even suggested my rims be powder coated and he noticed when my car rims were a little damaged from the dealer. Photos don't do it justice haha Highly recommend!
4/21/2023 update: The Wicked Team continues to keep our vehicle pristine. Since we do regular maintenance monthly washes we'll highly consider the packages you're now starting to offer. Take care and I'll see you next month! 12/21/2022 update: Since The Wicked Team installed front end ppf and ceramic coating on the rear 8 months ago, I've been a regular customer to ensure I get the best results possible for vehicle paint protection maintenance. I can't thank Sam and the team enough. They're very welcoming & professional. I trust Wicked with my vehicles. See you again next month! Just got our GLB 35 back from Wicked. Wow. We made the right choice with Sam & the Wicked Team! Dropped the car off on Monday morning and ready for pickup Wednesday before Noon. Sam said to come back in 2 weeks to check their work & do the 1st wash. We're looking forward to it & will be taking our new vehicles to Wicked in the future! Thanks again!
