The best!!!!! Josh always takes care of my car the absolute best. I have had my ceramic coating, window tints, and car detailing done with Josh at waxed auto detailing. And when I tell you they are the absolute best. I have a dog and they get every sliver of dog hair out and clean the car so well when detailing, feels like I’m leaving the dealership lot again. And my ceramic coating and window tints are absolutely stunning!!! My car is always shining and protected from the harsh California sun. I can’t thank Josh enough he has the best customer service. He communicates so well through the entire process and has amazing turn around time. 100/10 recommend coming here.
There’s a reason this business has all 5 stars! Josh performed a miracle today. My car has been abused over the years as a busy mom. I was at the point of being absolutely embarrassed if anyone entered it. When I first saw the reviews I was excited, but equally cautious because of how badly stained my interior beige seats were. After a few hours when Josh sent me progress pictures I was convinced he sent me photos of someone else’s car! 😂 My car looks and feels like I purchased a brand new car! Excellent service. I recently brought my new BMW M3 to Waxed for window tinting and a ceramic coating, and I have to say - handing over the keys to your dream car to anyone is nerve-wracking, but these guys made the entire experience super easy. They took the time to walk me through every step of the process - explaining the ceramic coating options, what level of tint would hit the OEM look I was going for and what I could expect in terms of results and maintenance. Throughout the process, they kept me updated and clearly took pride in their craft. When I picked up my M3, I was floored. I decided to gift myself a car detailed for my birthday. From the moment I reached out Josh was nothing but professional, when I picked up my car I was stunned! I’ve had this car (2000 Toyota 4Runner) since 2013 and I have never seen it so clean, I almost didn’t want to touch anything in fear of leaving finger prints. If I could rate 10 stars, I would. I am a car enthusiast, and own a collection of BMW’s. My OCD is a bit tough to manage for more installers/detailers. Josh is the only one I allow to touch my prized possessions. I can’t stress enough how much I recommend this establishment and Josh’s attention to detail. He treats these vehicles as his own, and leaves no process short handed while applying his full attention and care. I don’t trust anyone else with my vehicles, and will continue to come here for every single one of my detailing needs.
