Great service showed up on time and did a great job the Interior looks fresh and new 👌 highly recommend you give him a call if you need your vehicle detailed.
Original: Uncomfortable, unprofessional, and mixed service experience. I asked for detailing inside only. They performed inside and out cleaning and only informed after they were done and tried to charge me. The detail inside was immaculate and they were able to remove smoke smell from the previous owner. I had to tell them I didn’t request outside cleaning and wasn’t going to pay for it. They power washed the outside and caused the paint to lift up under the window to my trunk. The car looked great from what I was paying attention to right after their service- I was focused on staining on the inside upholstery and the smoke smell. I noticed the damage a couple days later, sent pictures, and was told that they saw it had happened during their cleaning yet failed to inform me that day. They blamed the issue on paint failure and to contact my local dealership claiming “it would have happened anyway” yet the car is 10 years old and didn’t have any paint issue there until after they power washed. The paint continued to peel off leaving me with finding and paying for a solution. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication when they first noticed their error, trying to charge me for an additional cleaning service when I never requested or consented, me having to reach out when I noticed the damage, and the lack of accountability or attempts to repair their damages. If you use this service, consider watching them or thoroughly overlooking the vehicle after, and confirm before they start the services what you want done and are paying for. I’m saddened this happened and feel terrible to leave a bad review and harm this company’s reputation but this is not a small error and I love my car. Edit 2/3/26: company has been contacted to confirm they will reimburse. I will re-edit if they do in fact send a full refund. Edit: 2/17/2026: owner has repeatedly delayed paying me back and I have not received one cent for the damage caused to my car. I have given him until tomorrow noon to finalize return of funds before I finalize this ad post and block him. I will update this ad with text message screenshots by tomorrow. Edit 2/20/26: Ryan has repeatedly delayed refund payment. This experience continues to be uncomfortable and unprofessional Edit 2/28/2026 : Ryan refunded cost of detailing. I have asked him to not contact me further and blocked him.
Ryan came to our house and did an outstanding job detailing our cars. Our older Tahoe was VERY dirty inside (kids, pets, farm..) but he made it look great and ready for us to sell. He also detailed our truck and made it look brand new. Highly recommend!
Ryan is awesome to work with. I hired him to fix my 2024 Toyota Tacoma. I purchased it from CarMax and their detailers weren't able to get some tar flecks off it, but said it was fixable. CarMax said they'd foot the bill for a professional detailing. Ryan came the very next day. He was communicative about his ETA, showed up on time, brought his own equipment, brought a friend to help, and was ready to work. Not only did he get all the tar off the truck, but he ceramic coated it, fixed imperfections, and made it look factory new. This was a BIG job, and he did absolutely great work. I will be hiring him again for sure. Thanks, Ryan!
SCMD did an absolutely incredible job! Full interior and exterior with a ceramic coating. I couldn't be happier. Came right to my place, punctual, thorough and paid great attention to the little details to make it shine. I highly recommend these guys!
