I've tried other car washes and this one is hands down the best. They always do a great job. Other washes just get you in and out. Great rewards,too!! Always happy with the end result.
Worst customer service ever. I found out after my car had been vacuumed that the wait was over 1 and a half hours long. I asked the clerk if I could pay for the vacuum and just take my car since I did t have that kind of time to wait. She flat out refused. I didn’t want anything for free I just didn’t have that kind of time. So the options were to waste 35 dollars or wait 1.5 hours. As someone who works in customer service I couldn’t believe they wouldn’t just let me pay for the vacuum and let me leave. I will not ever be back due to this bad experience. Please make sure to ask for the wait time before getting in line for a wash. Buyer beware
I went there to wash my car, when I received it I saw a crack on my winshield: the car washing machine broke it. I told the manager about the issue, they told me that I can't do nothing about it, because they have a warning sign (in the the corner hiding for customer view) just they told me that my windshield was about to crack and it was a hot day. The repair cost is about $1,900.00. I have coverage on the vehicle: I still will have to pay $500.00 dollars of deductible. I not planning to wash my car there anymore. I think like customer I deserve at least an apology from the car wash if the washing machines are not calibrated or dirty.
Look everyone makes mistakes. But they clearly left a bunch of wax on the car because they were rushing because I came close to their closing time. The fault comes from when I returned and showed the guy at the vacuums taking the orders, the same that helped me prior the wax and he tried to tell me it's my paint that looks like that. He said oh I have 25 years of experience with this it's your clear coat that's missing and that's just how it looks. I had to literally lick my finger and rub off the residue for him to even consider he was wrong and that he tried a stupid lie to try to get me off his back. He tried to say "but we don't clean the cars with spit and fingers" like that means anything at all. He just hated being wrong. Then he relented and had some of his boys come clean it off in the lot. I've been coming here a long time multiple cars and even through their bad window cleaning jobs I still came here. Even this time the windows were still dirty even though what I got was supposedly a detail. I hate to nitpick but the job is literally called DETAILING. Never coming back. Better off finding a mobile detailer you like. Or doing it yourself.
Nice detailing work but prices are outrageous and there’s no seating… they have 5 regular sets and 5 relaxing seats. So if the five seats are taken up then you have to pay to sit in an relaxing recliner chair or it beeps annoyingly. So please cum with enough money for your wash and to sit down… pathetic
