I've been here a handful of times. Everyone has always been really helpful in recommending products and giving reasons as to why use one or not, depending on goals. They put on TONS of events for the community. I try and always shop here for detailing items (id be in a lot more if I kept my vehicles as clean as I used to!). Quit talking about your local communities and support them. Take a few extra minutes to shop here, rather than autozone, Walmart, etc.
So grateful to have a detail shop like Gloss Empire close by. Everything is great from the advice to the products. They even host car events and shows. Cars and coffee every 3rd Saturday of the month with free donuts! Nothing but good vibes when I come here.
Very knowledgeable owner, management and staff that like helping people, great products and highly educating classes at an affordable price, whether you’re a beginner or experienced there’s always something to learn. Products and classes are affordable and very useful and this is a business I know that if asked, would never recommend a product you do not need. They host events as well as participate in others when they have the availability!
Truthfully top notch service! Jose and his team are amazing and go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. They will go over each and every product and how to use it and how much to use. They don’t just try and sell you items, but items that are going to be useful for your vehicles, but at the same time products that can be used for a wide range of ways. I drive a good distance away to come and purchase from Gloss empire, as you can’t get this service just anywhere. Genuine people here! I am forever a customer! They have all your items for all needs! They will walk you through all the steps, and take their time to make sure you understand. Plus they have fun events for the whole family! Nothing can get better!
