I recently just did my first big purchase, and bought a new car! I was super excited to buy small things like cleaning solutions and new towels for my car, but I'm not going to lie, I'm not educated at all, on brands or solutions or anything (My dad usually does that for me). What I liked about this store is, that they really took the time to explain the differences between products, and found me something in my price range. The manager even went as far as showing me a demo on my one of my leather seats. The day I went they were actually having a car show! Even though I don't have a car you would "show off". It was really cool seeing the different types of cars and car community. I highly recommend this shop especially for new car owners like myself.
Joey helped me pick out a couple gifts. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Obsessed with factory trim.
Never again. No knowledge, a real "Just watch a YouTube video" on it vibe. It's a business, no one acts like it here. Wonder why brick and mortar fail more and more. Sad, even the big car community that we have here in the HD speak when NO ONE shows up to your car shows. Won't be coming back, donate my "reward points" to some other sucker.
