My mom’s husband passed away and his car had been sitting in the garage for a year. It was extremely dirty. I brought it here and they not only did an excellent job cleaning it but also gave me a very reasonable price. I would come here again and give it 5 stars.
Went to this place for the 1st time. Ready to sell my car and wanted to get it detailed. I got an upgraded service including hand wax and shampoo all interior with Ultimate wiping down everything. The process took approximately 2 1/2 hours. With no exaggeration my car looks five years younger. I highly recommend this establishment. The staff was very nice and responsive to my needs.
Update: Luckily, I was still in the area and able to bring the car back for a few things to be addressed. However, once I got home, I noticed the back vents hadn’t been touched, and my carpets were still dirty. What’s even more frustrating is that I chose this shop based on the glowing reviews—people brought in filthy white or tan interiors and left with their cars looking brand new. I drove 30 minutes expecting that same level of care. I brought in an average dirty car, black interior and it feels like I got taken advantage of. I had my two kids and my puppy with me, so I couldn’t catch everything while I was there, but now I just feel duped. I paid for the full detail and tipped, and while the customer service was good, I left without that happy “money well spent” feeling. While still at the shop, I pointed out the exterior, back window, front middle console, and the strong air freshener smell—they addressed all of that right away, which I appreciated. But after leaving, I noticed more. The dashboard has spots that are soaked with product and others completely dry, like it wasn’t wiped evenly. The area around the speedometer and center controls doesn’t look touched. The back middle console is wet from spray but still visibly dirty. I wanted to feel satisfied, but the overlooked details left me underwhelmed.
Amazing Service – Made My Rescue Transport Vehicle Look Brand New! I can’t say enough good things about Yucaipa Auto Spa! My vehicle is used for transporting rescue animals, so it tends to get pretty wrecked with fur, dirt, and all kinds of mess. I brought it in expecting just a basic cleanup, but they went above and beyond to make it look spotless inside and out. The staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and detail-oriented. They took their time and made sure every inch of my car was cleaned to perfection. You can tell they take real pride in their work, and the results speak for themselves. If you need your car cleaned—especially if it goes through heavy use like mine—this is the place to go. Highly recommend Yucaipa Auto Spa for top-notch service!
I have been to this car wash once, this is my second time. I must say the first time it was great so I decided to come again. Now, today it was horrible. I paid $29.9& plus $30 extra for a wax that took 45 mins to wash my car. I’m sorry but even my nails take longer than that. Well my car was still dirty I had to flag an employee to have him clean my car to find the manager was the one who cleaned my car was very shocking. I have pictures of my car he didn’t even wipe down the dashboard until I asked the employee just blows my mind. My trunk didn’t even get vacuum as you can see the back of my seats are still dirty. Wow for $60 I didn’t expect this type of car wash. Took a picture of the receipt so you can see I paid at 0846 and at 0950 I was at home taking pictures . So upsetting. Would have wished the owner was present. Thank you for reaching out.
