Had a small dent repaired by the PDR team. Absolutely fantastic service and the dent is 100% removed. No sign it was there prior. If you have any repair needs for your car this is the place. The lobby was incredibly clean and inviting, I waited for my repair, and the shop was so well organized and well kept. Highly recommended!
The receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable of my needs. The technician explained what the procedure was and was upfront about the warranty. He also was very friendly. Fantastic customer service. Brought our Mini Cooper in due to a sharp dent to the hood that we have no idea how it happened. They reviewed it and discussed the repair in detail. They were even able to get touch up paint if needed that matched the vehicle same day. They had the car for an afternoon and perfect fix!!! No idea the dent had ever occurred. While there I asked them to touch up a pretty nasty scratch on the fender with the touch up paint and they did a fantastic job with that as well! Would absolutely recommend and use again in the future for any dent needs. Before and after photos included
Can't recommend the team at Pro PDR enough. From great service to great work they are just great people all round. I won't be taking my cars to anyone else in Colorado springs moving forward and I suggest you do the same. Jesse was a magician with the fender on my S4 and Mindy kept me up to date every step of the way and worked with my insurance to make the whole process effortless. Amazing hospitality and quick service! First time doing any repairs with my car and working with the insurance. I received a bit of hail damage but now my car looks just like I drove it off the lot. Helped me throughout the entire process and provided me with everything I needed to know. They’re super helpful and welcoming.
