I submitted an inquiry for detailing via Yelp and received a professional and detailed response from Eugene at Splash Mobile in short order. Eugene clearly laid out all available options and shared his perspective as to which services would make the most sense given the condition of my vehicle and how I utilize it everyday. We took advantage of the white glove option which made it so easy - Diego on Eugene’s team picked up the car and several hours later he returned what seriously could feel like a brand new car from the lot. After the vehicle was returned Eugene followed up to provide guidance on how to care for the car to ensure the ceramic coating would last as long as possible. Eugene and Diego are professional and clearly care deeply about what they do. I’ll be leveraging them again soon for our second vehicle and cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are looking for a detail service THIS is the team to leverage.
I brought in my 2013 Jeep Rubicon after it had been sitting for over three years, and it was in rough shape—dusty, grimy, and neglected both inside and out. These guys brought it back to life. Huge shoutout to Eugene, who took time out of his July 4th holiday just to assess the full scope of what was needed. That kind of dedication is rare and says a lot about the level of service here. And Diego—what an incredible job. He went above and beyond with the detail work, especially given how challenging some of the paint condition was. He didn’t take shortcuts and managed to restore the finish far better than I thought possible. The interior now looks spotless, the paint has depth and shine again, and the Jeep feels like it’s been given a second chance. I’m genuinely impressed and grateful for the care they put into this job. Highly recommend this team if you want detailing done right.
I had a fantastic experience with Eugene and Diego at Splash Mobile Detail and would highly recommend them. Eugene was very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. He went out of his way to explain their process and teach me the best way to care for my vehicle. Diego did a phenomenal job doing an exterior detail, clay mitt, and M27 ceramic coating. My truck looks better now than it did when I picked it up from the dealer brand new! I will be a repeat customer for sure.
Couldn’t thank the whole team at Splash enough for making my truck look better than brand new! A can of Sprite exploded in my truck and they were able to get it out of every interior surface, including the headliner, which is very delicate. Diego did an outstanding job and his attention to detail is unmatched. Eugene kept me updated during the whole process and even gave me some tips about how to take care of my truck in the future as this is the first ceramic wax I’ve had done to it. I’m so happy I’ve found my go-to detail shop!
