Earlier today I stopped at flash just for an ordinary wash thinking it was going to be the usual. Until an employee named Josiah came to help me out and provided excellent customer service being very attentive to all my concerns and explaining the types of membership’s they offer. Great car wash! Would recommend.
No decent discount for multiple vehicles. No one sprays the passenger side of the vehicle unless you beg. One star deduction for each of those concerns. Upping to 4 stars they had one guy on either side power washing finally. Will keep the star if they keep that improvement. Still think there needs to be a better discount for multiple cars ! That will earn 5 stars.
Amazing car wash, every time I’ve come in it’s very clean and organized car wash around the Bridgeport area, I’ve had other memberships at different car washes but they’ve never meet my standers until I came down to this car wash. Complimentary towels and cleaning sprays and amazing vaccums.
Amazing machine carwash. I have my own things I would critisize, but overall it's a great carwash. Speaking as someone who used to work in one. Definitely deserves 5 stars. FREE : vaccums, index, degreaser spray bottle to borrow, pressurized air gun, mat holder, automatic rubber mat washer. Sometimes they give free towels to members. It's the only carwash I'm using from now on. I hope they don't close ever.
When this car wash first opened, the service was great. My vehicle came out clean with no residue or dirt, which led me to sign up for a monthly membership. Unfortunately, over time the quality declined. Each visit after that, my vehicle was not thoroughly cleaned. I became concerned about parts of my vehicle’s paint appearing to fade. I eventually canceled my membership, though I will say the cancellation process itself was easy and hassle-free. The only feature I consistently enjoyed was the vacuum station, which was well maintained. Overall, the experience started strong but did not maintain the same level of quality.
