One of the best detail places i used, did a full in and out clean and came out amazing. Im very picky and they made sure to clean every spot. From the motor to the trunk the car look brand new, and the price is very fair for the work they do. Definitely will be bringing my other cars here
I took my car to Francisco’s yesterday for a full inside-and-out hand wash, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The Service: The team did an incredible job. My car looks nearly spotless, and you can tell they take pride in the manual detailing process. I did notice one small spot on the passenger door where a bit of soap had air-dried, leaving a faint stain, but it’s a very minor issue and an easy fix. Overall, the quality of the clean was top-tier. The Wait & Amenities: I went on a Saturday morning (definitely a busy peak time) and waited about an hour. Given the volume of cars they were handling, I found the wait time very reasonable. A huge plus is their waiting area; it’s heated and has comfortable seating, which made the time pass quickly. Location & Logistics: The wash is tucked away in a residential neighborhood next to some homes, so keep an eye out for their signs to make sure you don't miss it. Just a heads-up for new customers: parking can be a bit tight, so be prepared for that when you arrive. Overall: Great customer service and excellent results. I will definitely be coming back to support this local business. Highly recommended if you want your car looking fresh! 10/10.
Very professional and welcoming. Francisco’s did a fantastic job detailing my car. The wait was long, but they took their time and went beyond expectations. For 45 dollars, I cannot complain because my car feels brand new again. I will be coming back.
** Update after Francisco's response : Your saying that I never did business with you only shows how much of a liar you are. Investigation?? Then go ahead, Sherlock Holmes, and investigate this photo I attached. *Complain : I took my car in at the end of the day to have it washed only on the outside. They applied pure chemicals to the wheels and didn't rinse them in time. As a result, the wheels were stained. I had to have them repainted because the marks wouldn't come out. I spoke to Francisco about what had happened. He said it wasn't his fault and that he didn't know how it could have happened. In the end, he even offered to pay half the repair cost. How can you not be at fault and offer to pay half? I used to take both my cars there every week. I'm never going back. $600 in damages. AVOID AVOID! If you don't like your car and don't care about it, take it to Francisco!
Great staff and service. Great price for the whole job. Most impressive for me was when they put tire shine they actually moved the car a bit to more tire shine on the spot they missed. No other place ever did that as simple as it is. Love that that detail. Highly recommended!!!
