I purchased the monthly pass and couldn’t use it at this location. It’s literally advertised in a billboard above the car wash. Went to golden nozzle across the street only $20 a month for unlimited washes, much better.
There’s a guy who works there that spends his time digging through the garbage looking for cans! He’s unfriendly, and unhelpful! He wouldn’t work for me for 5 minutes! Get rid of him if you care how the business survives!
Very bad service nothing works here and owner is not helpful don’t waste your time
Not only did this wash not remove the chunks of plant matter from my car, it somehow didn’t even manage to remove the grime or dirt, either. I think contactless car washes in general are probably worthless. The only reason I’m not giving one star is because it was very cheap, so I guess it’s not much of a loss.
I may edit this later, if they follow through on a free re-do. I paid for an interior detail, and all that was done was cleaning of the floors, a quick vacuum, and possibly a wipe down? These was still stuff between the seats and dust in the vents, cubbies, over the steering wheel, fi ger prints on windows, etc. Horrible. They said I can return, so I will edit this if it is better. Not sure how well the pictures show anything.
