Renan and his team are just amazing to work with! I had Matte PPF and Ceramic applied on my new M3 with frozen paint. He picked it up directly from the dealer and kept me updated through the entire process. He was always just a text or phone call away whenever I had questions and made the whole experience extremely easy. The car looks incredible, and the quality of the work is top notch as expected. Beyond that, Renan is one of the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with and really goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. He truly treats (and worries about) every car as if it were his own. He and his team even took the time to show me and my son around his shop while my car was being worked on, which was very exciting for him. I would absolutely recommend Renan to anyone looking for detailing or protection work on their car.
Renan and Ultimate Gloss provided excellent service on my 4Runner from helping me arrange transport to his shop & back. Tinted the front three windows and washed and waxed the truck. Could not be happier and wouldn’t choose anyone else to touch mine or my clients cars.
