Absolutely terrible experience. I should’ve trusted my gut and left the moment I pulled up. Nobody spoke English, and the guy who greeted me just looked at my car and said “$80?” for my compact car. I had called beforehand and was told it would be $30, so when I looked at him like he was crazy, he immediately pretended he never said $80. That should’ve been my sign to leave. And the best part? They charged $32 for a self car wash. Yes, you sit in your car and drive through the wash yourself. no extra service. I could’ve gone to Shell, paid $5, and gotten a better wash without the attitude or dishonesty. The place is disrespectful, dishonest, and a complete rip-off. Highly do not recommend. My car looks like shit still.
Staff was polite and friendly. When I got in my car it looked great at first but then once I got a closer look I was pretty disappointed. Cupholders and door handles were still dirty inside. I had had a tote bag of overnight stuff hanging on the back of one seat. During washing, I saw the employee had thrown it on the ground near the car, which bothered me a little but I decided it wasn't a big deal. Once I had driven away, turns out that when he threw the bag he dislodged the cap off a shampoo bottle that was in there and it leaked everywhere. When he finished cleaning my car he threw the bag on the floor in the back and now there's a sticky puddle of shampoo in my car that I have to clean. If it was just for the cupholders and stuff I would have shrugged it off as an oversight, but the treatment of the bag is just carelessness. What is the point of paying for a service if I have to go in and clean up after you? Not cool.
Outstanding work from Wash and Wax Pros Davie! I've been a customer for three years, and they've always exceeded my expectations. Their customer service is fantastic, and they do an excellent job on my car! I highly recommend them!!!
This place is the best. One of the cleanest, well run washes around with state of the art equipment. Great pricing and always do a great job. My girl Carmen always has my truck looking spotless! Always a pleasure coming here. I wish more businesses were like this!
I have been coming to this car wash location for a couple years now. It has always been a great experience. Today I brought my new car. Took it to Orlando this weekend and the entire front of the car was covered in bugs. Veruska and Melyssa were súper patient w me and made sure to get every last little splatter. Also love that they treat me like a friend. Everyone, from top down and so humble so welcoming. Always a pleasure to go.
