SEBASTIAN, You truly made my day today! 😊 The vacuum accidentally swallowed part of my uniform, and Sebastian retrieved it immediately without hesitation. Later, the machine I was using would not accept my Apple Pay. Sebastian quickly charged me at another register and personally brought my phone back with the receipt. His professionalism, initiative, and kindness did not go unnoticed. Managers, please recognize his excellent work and continue hiring employees like him.
DORAL CAR WASH. The service is very efficient and fast. My car always comes out very clean, and I usually come twice a week, so my car stays in great condition. This time I was helped by Dani, who approached me to see if I needed anything. She was a very friendly girl. She gave me wipes to clean the inside of my car and an air freshener. Thank you for your excellent service. I highly recommend it.
This car wash is very convenient because it has many locations and is easy to access. They offer great benefits like free vacuums, cloths, car scents, and window cleaners. They also provide detailing services, which is a big plus. I especially want to highlight the excellent customer service from Andry, who was very attentive, helpful, and made the experience even better. Highly recommended.
