Just got my car back from NextGen Auto Spa with PPF and ceramic coating, and I'm thrilled! Carlos's customer service was outstanding—super helpful and informative. The installers are total pros, their expertise and attention to detail is impressive. The PPF film is flawless, and the ceramic coating has my car looking incredible. I must say, after shopping around for quotes, the value offered by this place WITH the level of quality is something that is rare to come by. Altogether, this is the standard for turning customers in to customers for life. And my car isn't new, Carlos went above and beyond to ensure that my beat up paint was as ready as it could be for the installation. I don't have enough good things to say about this place. From the moment I contacted them, I was treated like a friend. I brought my car around multiple times for multiple quotes, looking to see what would work for me, and they worked with me each and every single time to identify what I needed and what would be the best for my situation. I was debating what kind of PPF to get and we arrived at the right combination for my use case. They really had my best interest in mind. When it was time to bring the car in, they were incredibly flexible with pickup and drop-off times. The work was not only immaculate, but also included some extra work that seemed to stem purely from professional pride and/or overdelivering. The quote came out below what I expected. Underpromised and overdelivered in the best possible way. One of the PPF areas I wanted done had problems sticking, and when it peeled off, I brought it back and not only was it fixed, but I got a car back that looked incredibly good. As it turns out, I had done a terrible wax job and they smoothed it out for me, simply for having been their customer. Overall, from the consultation to the drop-off to the work to the post-work support, these guys operate with the friendliness of the guy next door and the workmanship of a pro. I had delayed this review because I wasn't sure how to express how impressed I was. These guys have earned my family's business for the foreseeable future.
We had NextGen Auto Spa do PPF and Ceramic Coating on my wife's new Tesla and they did a fantastic job! Carlos is a really nice guy. He was VERY responsive, great to work with, and did high quality work for a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend him for any service he provides. 5 Stars all the way!
my first time using NexGen Auto Spa, I saw they have been in business since 2008 and decided to get my 2021 Mazda CX5 detailed by Carlos. My car had some paint overspray on various parts of doors, roof, etc., Carlos used a clay bar over my whole car to remove the rough texture from the overspray before waxing. My cars paint/clear coat is smooth like it should be, took 5 hours total, price was right, great communication, I will use NexGen again and highly recommend this professional auto detailer
Next Generation Detailing is the best in Gainesville. I have never had a bad experience. My wagon is a 2012 with 138k and the MDX 2022 is not brand new, but Humberto always makes it look better than they did in the showroom!
