My car had been parked for a while while on vacation and needed a good cleaning. This was THE BEST car wash I have had. This was a regular exterior wash but they even scrubbed inside the fender wells. Very thorough! Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely be back. ☺️ They also do repairs.
So I stopped in for my fist time here as I pass it all the time. The owner extremely unprofessional. He quoted me $65 for a chemical wash as the car had been sitting under a tree for a few months. They said they would be able to get everything off in 35-45 minutes. 1 1/2 hours later car was still not completed. He said he could not get all the marks off the car as promised because he would have to do a paint correction. This should’ve been told to me right from the start and with a proper quoted time of over an hour and a half. Long story short, when I asked for some sort of a discount for waiting over twice the time and them not being able to fully complete the car the owner said absolutely not. Then he decided he wanted to start an argument with me which at that point I just said take my money so I can leave and never come back. This place is a joke and their work is sloppy!
My Car smells amazing. The rug/entire car was vacuumed to perfection(not a single dog hair) -cloth seats shampooed and every stain removed, the front passenger seat had a large stain from my dog throwing up. -it was waxed and buffed to a mirror finish, I had a lot of scratches on the front left corner. -plastic trim shining to perfection -Nice tire shine applied Rims polished very well too What stands out the most is the smell. Just walking up to the car and it radiates a delicious smell. It’s BETTER than when it was brand new. Eric / eddy, the manager took care of my car for me!
Arrived at Ferrara and was greeted right away by Eric (manager). I wanted my SUV detailed (paint looked dull and had some minor scratches) they recommended the VIP treatment (VIP clean gives you a deep interior cleaning that includes seat shampooing, and an exterior detail that includes machine buffing and a clay bar treatment). Now please be aware that the VIP treatment will take 3-4hrs, so be patient it will be worth your while. When I saw the finished product I was amazed. The vehicle looked amazing, inside and out. The exterior of the car was a mirror! The inside looked brand new and smelled great. They even cleaned the engine area. Now remember to clean out the car as best as possible so they can do their job. I want to thank both Eric and Christian for taking care of my 2020 X7, it looks amazing. You may want to call ahead and make sure of the timetable of the vehicle, they do get pretty busy.
Consistently excellent service! I’ve been coming to Ferrara Car Wash on Sheridan in Hollywood ever since I moved to the area, and they never disappoint. Eric and his crew always do a fantastic job, professional, efficient, and super detail-oriented. The manager is a great guy, always welcoming and making sure everything runs smoothly. Plus, they have a really nice and comfortable waiting area where you can relax while your car is being taken care of. This place has become my go to! highly recommended if you’re looking for reliable, top-quality car wash service!
