I went to this car wash on Sunday, November 9th, 2025, around 9:30 a.m. to wash my suv MB, as I usually do. I’ve been a regular customer for a few years because the service is typically very good and detailed. However, today’s experience was very disappointing. This time, I was assisted by a washer who was extremely slow and unprofessional. While he was on the last step — drying the car by hand on the front side, I went to the back to quickly place my beach chair and yoga mat in the trunk, just to save some time. Instead of continuing his work, he stopped and told me he couldn’t proceed because I was there. I politely explained that it was fine for him to continue, but he refused. When I told him it was okay and that I just wanted him to finish, he became visibly offended. I finally said that if he didn’t want to continue, I wouldn’t be tipping him, to which he replied that he was “more than happy” with that. Then, he simply walked away. A supervisor came over, and I explained what happened and left the place. But when I got back into my car, I noticed it was far from clean, there was still dust, fingerprints on the dashboard, soap residue on the windshield, and the wheels were dirty. This was absolutely not the level of service I’m used to receiving here. I hope management addresses this issue because this guy has not deserve the job opportunity, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed after years of being a loyal customer. =============== 11/11/2025 I have just read the response from the management office, and I would like to clarify a few points. Your supervisor and another person did come to apologize and tried to dry the remaining wet areas on the car. However, they did not clean the wheels nor offered to redo the cleaning. Just to be clear, I even had in my hand the tip intended for the first, rather lazy, representative who was initially assigned to my car. Of course, I left because, like everyone else, I have my own schedule, and after waiting almost an hour, I had other things to do. I cannot be expected to spend two or more hours simply because you did not hire the right person for the job. Additionally, I want to mention that I did have the tip ready, as I always do, and I gave it to the second detailer who was drying the car. Honestly, the way your company apologized—by placing responsibility on the customer—comes across as very arrogant.
1 out of 5 stars – Very disappointed! This isn’t my first time coming here and the same experience happed 2yrs ago I should have learned my lesson then, but it’s definitely my last. I paid $95 for a full service, and my SUV was left filthy inside and out. The bumpers still had dirt and unwashed, the wheels were covered in brake dust, and the interior cup holders, door panels, and cargo area were still dusty and sticky. It looks like they barely touched the car. For the price, this is completely unacceptable — nothing about it says “full service.” I expected a clean car, not one that looks the same as when I dropped it off. Will definitely not recommend. Hollywood’s Finest to not to wash your vehicle properly. What a shame.

However, I find it absolutely unacceptable that, for a $50 car wash (plus tip), the trunk/boot was not vacuumed. When paying a premium price for a full-service clean, the expectation is that all accessible areas of the car's interior will be addressed. Omitting a basic detail like the trunk vacuuming for this cost is a significant oversight and detracts from the overall value of the service. For a total of $50 plus tip, I expect a complete clean, and this lack of attention to detail is disappointing. I hope this is something the management addresses, as it makes me hesitant to return despite the quality of the exterior wash.
One of the best car washes i have been too, the attention to detail there workers put into every vehicle is outstanding!! Ive been to every “hand wash” on US1 from aventura all the way up to dania beach none of them compare to Hollywood finest hand car wash! Im there every weekend getting my truck washed! Keep up the good work guys!
