This is one of the most honest repair shops around. The owner is beyond loyal to his customers. Thanks to Jupiter car care, I was taken care of, instead of being taken advantage of. Us women have to be carful in this industry.
I’ve been bringing my older vehicle here for a while now, and I’ve consistently had a great experience. They take excellent care of the car and never make me feel rushed or dismissed — which means a lot when you’re trying to keep an older vehicle running well. Demi especially stands out. She takes the time to clearly explain what’s going on, answers all of my questions in a way I can actually understand, and helps me make informed decisions instead of pressured ones. Communication is always respectful and straightforward, and I appreciate that they operate with real integrity — they feel like people who have their priorities in the right place, not just another shop trying to upsell. If you want an automotive center that’s honest, patient, and dependable, I highly recommend them.
I came to this business based solely off these Google reviews and I can happily attest to their being authentic. I’ve now had work done twice at Jupiter Car Care, one big job, one small. My experience is that everyone, the owner Dave, the office manager Demi and the mechanics I’ve encountered are friendly and professional. I also believe Dave takes great pride in his business and it shows. Their work is top notch and the pricing is very very fair. I’m thrilled I now have a home for car repairs on my Infiniti. We had work done on our vehicle over a yr ago at another repair shop. Parts used were faulty, and wasn’t truthful about what was going on. We bring our vehicle to Car Care of Jupiter and they went above and beyond diagnosing and correcting and being honest about what was wrong. Dave , Demi , Tim and staff are the best in the business and in the area as a whole. They are local and have been a part of this community for decades who are so loved.
