Terrible service!! Waited 2 freaking hours and my car wasn't even touched yet!! Ridiculous.. save your money and go somewhere else!! I come here so many times but Thai is it!! The guy who was in charge didn't know jack and was rude as hell!!
Not a good service today... they run out of product !! didn't have the wheel cleaner neither air fresheners. Asked them should I pay less? Used to be good not any more.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. They actually scratched my van along the back bumper and didn’t admit it despite showing prior photos. We had to file a police report. Do not go. Buyer beware.
Usually they do a good job - today they said 1.5-2 hours i came back 2 hours later and they had not even started my car and said they might run out of time before end of the day. I understand things get busy but don’t accept a customer, make up a wait time, provide no updates, and then after 2 hours say we can’t wash your car. Not good customer service or time management.
So I went today to have my car cleaned and wow! They not only did an amazing job cleaning and vacuuming, they removed a stain from the door where I like to rest my elbow with no extra cost. I did ask them to remove the yellow grime from my headlights and that is an extra charge but so worth it! They left my headlights looking brand new! I thought I’d have to buy a new set. I’m so happy with their work and their price. I will be going back next month to have my car waxed.
