They have AWFUL service!!! I took my vehicle there one time and refuse to take my vehicle there ever again! They half job your vehicle, but charge full price for the job. If they receive any negative reviews on here, they try to make it seem like the person giving them a negative review is lying on them!!! Too many negative reviews on here for anyone to be wasting their time on here to call your SORRY work out! I believe this business may be foreign owned now, and they don't know how to do good detailing! No, this is a TRUE review, and I am telling the truth about your sorry, no- good service! Step up( hire workers that know how to detail a vehicle), do better( stop being lazy and doing a half job) or close your sorry business!
When I got there the guy gave me a “well i dont know” look, then he said well maybe with the pressure washer. Then they took my car back. I’m assuming to vacuum (still dirt under my mats) and then put thru the wash machine. Then cleaning the inside and windows. My grill is still dirty and my windows are very streaky. The inside was wiped Half hazardously, and my radio Was not touched and had fingerprints all over it. I spent a good 30 minutes at home, wiping everything off. I like the old management at least they did a good job. This job felt kind of rushed and like they really didn’t care. Not worth the money. Update: I will not be wasting my time going back. I got off early from work yesterday and decided to get a car wash. Now I know better. My mother even had a bad experience with you guys. Her car was left dirty in multiple places. Next time we’ll just go elsewhere. Tighten up your service.
Beyond rushed job and everything is still dirty… this looks like a 2 minute job … just do it yourself !! NOT worth the price in any way shape or form would give 0 if i could. I am beyond disappointed i honestly regret even wasting the money .
It's sad how this place took a turn for the worst. I use to bring all my vehicles here and normally would leave with a smile but yesterday I didn't. I made the decision to write a review as I would never return back to this place. My vehicle is brandnew 2025 and wasn't that bad dirty and yesterday it looked even more dirty when I left. I noticed that they were using a POWER WASHER on vehicles that is not good for the paint and unfortunately a piece came off on my car, MY CAR IS STILL BRANDNEW!!!!!!! Didn't have any chip mark till yesterday because of this place and apparently their machine was down which was more safer for vehicles then what they were using. If I would've known I would've said no thank you especially how close he was using that power washer to my vehicle. Don't know who the owner is now unless it's the one that has been their for years which he is nice but I didn't see him yesterday. The workers looked like they didn't want to work. I was the only car at first and they were on their phones as I was sitting in my car for atleast 5-10 min before they walked up to me that should've been my sign to leave meanwhile other cars were driving up and knew mine would be rushed on. Smh I feel bad for the owner that his bussiness is not being run properly like how it used to be years ago, new owner or not it should be the same energy and amazing service as their are many others detailing places around. This place will not be standing for long if they keep giving people vehicles back dirty with chip marks and now it's costing us more money. I didn't expect my vehicle to be perfect. I expected my vehicle to be done right for what I paid for and in the end it's now going to cost me more money highly upset..... **Here are (some) photos I didnt post all..below of the outcome from this place** your either better off doing it yourself or having someone come to you to detail your vehicle.
So this was my first experience ever getting my car, detailed by people other than myself. I’ve always seen this place because I lived here my entire life however I was somewhat satisfied with the service. So I got the VIP service which includes the works and add-on. The VIP service itself includes: Everything from The Works Plus: Leather Treatment on Seats, Shampoo front Floor Mats, and Hand Wash if requested. And then The Works includes: Soft Cloth Car Wash, Interior Vacuum, Windows Cleaning/IN & OUT, Protection, Dash and Console, Sealer Wax, Double Foaming, Wash, Hand Towel Dry, Tire Cleaner and Shine, Fragrance. I was so excited to get this done, and when I returned to my car, it wasn’t what I thought it was. There were still dirt underneath my seats, there were still dirty and dust in my middle area where my cupholders and everything is at. I understand at the time the actual Car wash machine itself was broken so they were hand washing, but the vacuuming in the interior cleaning of the car was not up to what I thought it was gonna be. Also, the front windshield of my car still had dirtiness on it.
