I brought my 2025 Porsche Taycan GTS to Bruce at Palm Beach Ceramic to get Ceramic coated three days ago. Drove an hour and a half from my home to do so. So glad that I did. His attention to detail and the only proper way to prepare the paint surfaces and ceramic coat a car is what made me pick his shop. The final completed job is mind blowing and can’t get any better. Having just moved to Palm Beach County a few years ago, I am happy to say, Bruce and his team provided the best customer service and trustworthy/quality delivery I have experienced! He quickly responded to my initial request for a quote on ceramics and tinting of my new Tesla and gave me honest advice on where best to apply PPF film without upselling me. He awaited the car to come out of the service center and arranged to accommodate my urgency to have it done in a few days. He sent me pics of other cars that had the same tinting or PPF and showed me all the products he was going to use. He also explained how the warranty works with 3M and the graphene ceramic coating. He also gave me a ride home after I dropped off the car and had the team shine up the car when I came to pick up. I can see why all the sports car and luxury car / boat / home owners would come to PBC to get the service! He said that the team would come fix anything that comes up in the upcoming days or years if it doesn’t meet my expectations. Love Bruce and PBC and would recommend to anyone who wants quality service for the new car and honesty especially with female or younger clients!
