Go somewhere else is the best advise I can give everyone. The car wash was on fast forward and the car was in the bay for 40 seconds and other then dust had 0 cleaning. The brushes never even touched the car. When we went to clean the inside both of the car mat cleaners were broken and I had to take 5 minutes unwinding the spray hoses to be able to sue them. We told the staff the vacuum hose was busted and they said sorry and walked away not even attempting to resolve the issue. This is my second and last visit as it continues to get worse.
A great car wash! Great facility! But man, it’s a full court press by staff on getting the monthly subscription. In this last case, an interrogation 😂. This guy just couldn’t process that I wasn’t interested. I travel 75% of the year for work so I don’t need a monthly subscription. I get that it’s only $5 more this one time. I understand the value. But I also need another subscription like I need a hole in the head. I’m sure this guy gets a kickback on all new subscriptions but, no means no dude! Again, great car wash! Great facility! But the hard sell was a real turn off.
I’ve been going to this carwash for months and i absolutely love it. Although it’s a little far outta of my way i make the 30 minute drive atleast once a week. Lee is always so delightful and positive and always shows up with a smile even if it’s early in the morning haha! The whole team truly is amazing and always so sweet. i often have a hard time getting on the conveyer and they always smile and direct me which makes me feel so much better about it lol! I had horrible experience with these people. My car got stuck in their tunnel due to their technical issues. As a result of this, The car in front of me did not move and my car hit that car from behind. The guy on the car in front of me through it was his fault and he ran away. I asked the management to watch the CCTV footage. Certainly it was their technical fault and they should have paid me compensation. They did not do it. They blamed it on the car in front of me. I am extremely frustrated and I should not have trusted these people and their horrible tunnel.

Huge shout-out to Johnny for always keeping my car looking fresh — top-notch service every single time 🙌🚘 I’ve gone 24 times since November, and I’ve had a membership for about two years now. It’s hands-down one of the best values around — fast, consistent, and always friendly. I also love that you’re opening more locations — makes it even easier to keep my car clean. I’ve even gotten a few friends at work to sign up after seeing how happy I am with it. And thank you for the Christmas air freshener 🎄❄️ — such a fun holiday touch and definitely appreciated!
